Kaplan MD Skincare – Digital Marketing
At Kaplan MD, a skincare brand founded by a renowned dermatologist, I led all aspects of digital marketing and content creation to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. My role involved developing social media strategies, email campaigns, and website content to position the brand as a leader in luxury skincare. I created product photography, designed promotional website banners, and managed email marketing campaigns from concept to execution. I also filmed and edited educational videos featuring the founder for the #AskDrKaplan YouTube series, strengthening the brand’s relationship with customers and driving engagement. In addition to building influencer partnerships, I managed the affiliate network and grew social media engagement through consistent, on-brand content. My focus on data-driven optimizations resulted in improved campaign performance, helping Kaplan MD achieve increased customer engagement and higher conversion rates across digital channels. I took their Instagram account from an average of 20-30 likes per image to an average of 120-150 likes per image.
